What are the important rules to know?
Memberships follow the calendar year. Annual memberships expire December 31, 2024 regardless of date purchased. Price will be adjusted as the calendar year progresses.
Memberships can only be purchased by individuals ages 16 & over. Children under the age of 16 are to be supervised by an adult member aged 18 & over
Facility access is only to be used by members. If access is shared with a non-member in any fashion, your membership can be immediately revoked.

24/7 Access to the Fitness Centre
Cardio equipment, weights, squat racks, mats, battle ropes

24/7 Access to the turf (except when the space is rented or booked)
Hockey rink sized open floor, basketball nets, soccer nets, badminton & volleyball nets, batting cage
What happens next? At the end of December, you will receive an email with your membership confirmation email. This email will contain the facility rules and a waiver that must be completed in order to gain access to the facility if you do not have an active membership.
What if I don’t have a credit card? If you don’t have a credit card, you can send us an e-transfer to lougheedgym@gmail.com. In the memo, be sure to include your name, email, phone number and membership type (i.e. 2024 Annual, Monthly December Membership, etc). Response time may be delayed in confirming your membership.
